Panasonic (Technics) SL-XP5/XP7/XP3 Power Supply

The Panasonic XP5/XP7/XP3 portable players are well-regarded by audiophiles for their small size and impressive sound performance. However, the original power supply is quite unique as it operates on 110V and provides both positive and negative voltage outputs, it’s also expensive. In response to this, we have developed a dedicated power supply with high cost-performance ratio suitable for domestic use.

This power supply follows the design concept of the original power supply without voltage stabilization. Although the circuit is simple, each component is carefully selected to ensure overall performance surpasses that of the original power supply.

Here are some key features:

1. The power transformer is custom-made by a well-known domestic manufacturer using pure copper.
2. Rectifying diodes use Philips' round bead fast recovery diodes.
3. The filter capacitors are high-end WIMA MKP10 thin film capacitors.
4. The DC output connection wire is made of imported purple copper wires with a core diameter of 0.3 square millimeters.
